I've been given a tidy pallet render for our FR5 proposal, but the rotated layer puts the case end inserts above gaps underneath. You only see it in section. Tooling wants those gaps for release. How do we get a decision on the whole thing instead of two departments improving separate pictures?
Make the section part of the shared review. Put the internal supports and the loaded gripper shape in the same revision, with opening and withdrawal shown. The render can wait its turn.
Don't let alternating become a requirement just because somebody drew it first. Ask packaging to compare another layer pattern. They still need to consider the full load in handling, but you don't have to preserve these particular rectangles at all costs.
We do have existing insert stock, so I'm asking for the quantity before treating a packaging change as the easy answer. Packaging prefers revising the second layer for now.
Their proposed second layer leaves fewer cases but supports the end inserts. Tooling is checking release access on that version. Nobody has signed it off yet.
