Our FR10 is here, this is a separate accessory order for 18 matched kits, each with a tool cable, and the sealed outer box didn't contain enough cables to complete them; seller now says the quantity means pieces although their final message lists contents per kit and the invoice says kit, so I'm not mixing this up with the robot delivery.
I'd ask them to reconcile the supplied contents to those 18 kit lines, because calling everything pieces doesn't explain which agreed contents they think you've received.
I've sent the unpacking inventory against the per-kit message; they're no longer disputing what we counted, but say the tool cables were meant to be one shared set, which is not what their final contents list says.
That's a different explanation, at least. I'd keep the final offer and your order acceptance together, not just the invoice. Otherwise the argument becomes whether the word kit can mean anything anybody likes. Apparently it stretches quite well.
Their order person compared the accepted contents message and acknowledged the cable shortage; they offered the missing cables or a credit, we selected the cables and have a dispatch reference, though nothing additional has reached us yet.
Yes, Priya, the replacement list had our cable reference and stores has now checked the delivered labels and connectors against the original kit specification; all 18 kits reconcile, and thanks for catching that detail before I treated a parcel count as the finish.
