The spare-kit carton finally arrived with our FR10 consumables. The additional tool cable is absent, although the carton list includes it. The installed cable is present and is not the item I am chasing.
Seller says the missing cable will follow with another shipment. I have photographed the received contents beside the list. What should I ask them to commit to now?

Ask for an item-specific dispatch plan with the cable identity, availability, responsible contact and proposed collection date (or a clear alternative for purchasing to consider), rather than accepting another promise tied to an unspecified shipment.
