Our short steel blank fits the reach sketch. Can I get the complete tool and open door checked?

Can the integrator obtain the actual opened-door geometry and the quoted tool assembly, then show the held blank through loading, release and withdrawal at the proposed position?

They have requested both. Current sketch is not being used for arm selection.

Has the machine owner included the setter's fixture-change access with that geometry? It is easier to preserve while you are comparing positions.

Yes. Complete model found the open fingers foul the doorway on withdrawal; loaded entry was clear.

Which alternatives are available without losing the setter's access? A farther base or another tool may be worth comparing, but neither should be assumed possible from the old reach sketch.

Who is pricing the alternatives once they are defined? The complete installed arrangement matters more than keeping the original arm-only number unchanged.
