The FR10 layer turns carton supports towards empty space

I am reviewing our warehouse FR10 alternating carton pattern. The sealed cartons fit neatly, but some rotated positions lie over gaps against their preferred support direction. What should the shared packaging and tooling review establish before I accept it?

What bearing does the actual packed carton require, and where does the layer below provide it? Put packaging's answer on the same revision as the complete tool placement and withdrawal sequence, with a named pattern decision owner.

Packaging owns the bearing requirements and our integrator owns the tool route; warehouse lead will combine the decisions. We have the packed-carton reference now, but neither support acceptance nor complete withdrawal assessment has returned.

Does the review include the partial orders your warehouse permits? A full stack answer should not silently approve the interrupted or short layer that someone must finish later.
