Our ordered FR5 tooling used stepped fingers in the sample trial. Delivered fingers are flat. Seller calls them equivalent after forty-nine days of questions. Equivalent at what, exactly? Tooling review is paused.
Ask for the two finger drawings against the same sample and receiving tray, then a comparison covering preparation, pickup, held position and release; a flat contact may change more than the photograph suggests.
Drawings requested with the original trial clip and our retained samples identified. I also asked whether they can supply the stepped set we actually agreed. No volunteer fixture redesign from us.
