I cannot tell operators what our UR5e resume button will resume

During our polymer-block handover I kept saying resume, then a relief operator asked whether I meant the unfinished transfer or the next block; I had been answering from memory of the stop, while the sheet says the same thing for both, so I need to straighten out the decision before calling this handed over.

What information survives the stop about that unfinished transfer?

We had tray identity survive but nowhere to put an uncertain part in the instructions. Naming the right tray helped, but the lead still needed a defined hold and review route. Does yours have one?

Liam, the attempt and tray identities remain; Hassan, uncertain location already goes to the lead with the part held for review, but my sheet fails to distinguish that from a completed transfer awaiting the next request.

Does the interface show completed transfer clearly? Or does the operator have to infer it from an empty gripper?

An empty gripper alone would leave several possibilities. Use the defined completion state.

It has a completion state, but our printed screenshot cuts that line off; the relief operator was using the sheet exactly as written, which is uncomfortable to admit after telling everyone it was straightforward.

Better to hear it in handover. Did the operator actually press anything wrong, or stop and ask you?

Stopped and asked, so no wrong action; I thanked them and withdrew the cropped sheet while we revise the two branches with the job author.

Use the same branch names on the screen and sheet. Different wording makes a simple comparison harder for a new operator.

The revised walkthrough worked: the relief operator found both branches and referred the uncertain case to the lead without my hint, but a second interruption during that review still needs the author's answer before we finish.

Keep that unresolved case in the handover. It is useful, not an embarrassment.
