What should our UR5e handover say when a spacer pocket is empty?

Everyone can start the spacer-loading job I taught, but an empty pocket means a call to me because my handover showed a perfect tray and left the decisions out; I want to fix that instead of telling the shift to be more confident.

Ask them what they need to know at that exact pause. Use a screenshot first.

They want the tray and pocket identified, and to know whether the part could still be in the tool; my screen says handling paused, which answers neither.

Have the cell owner agree the recovery decisions before turning them into operator instructions.

Controls and the cell owner are reviewing those states, with uncertain part location kept out of automatic resume; we will practise the approved cases with another shift, not only watch me do them.

Give that shift time to hesitate and ask. That's where the missing handover bits show up.
