Our FR10 candidate looks slower with the workshop tray, while the other demo starts with every puck neatly separated in a new insert; I'm including preparation time now, but how do I compare the handling without confusing a better tray with a better arm?
Then compare complete jobs before comparing speeds. Send the same incoming tray, pucks and receiving requirement to both, and let each explain any proposed changes. A new insert might be worthwhile; it just needs its preparation, exchanges and cost visible instead of appearing as a free improvement.
Both now have the same job brief; second supplier needs a different finger detail for our receiver and has withdrawn the old cycle figure, first supplier is repeating with the awkward tray positions included.
Good. I'd ask for the unsuccessful positions as well as the edited video, Priya; you learn more from why someone intervened than from the next ten effortless placements.
