How do I get the tool body into our FR5 access decision?

Our FR5 layout shows the polymer blank in the fixture and a line back to the arm. No gripper body, no open-door volume. I need something our setter can actually review before purchasing calls the reach question settled.

Ask for the proposed complete tool with the blank in its intended grip position, against the measured door and fixture. Include withdrawal and empty return. The setter also needs their fixture-change space visible, not an invitation to approve a line that leaves all the awkward parts out.

The supplier already has the tool assembly drawing. It simply wasn't in the layout export. I've requested the combined view, and our setter has the door survey task.

Keep any inside handle or latch in that survey. Our first outline omitted one, which made the opening look more generous than it was. The same applies to fittings sticking out behind the gripper body.

The handle is measured now. The tool drawing still omits its rear fitting, so the supplier is adding that before the combined route review. No arm selection yet.

Does the supplier's review include the setter changing the fixture with that tool present? It is worth stating who reviews that access, because a route can be acceptable for handling and still leave maintenance with an awkward job.
