Delivered FR10 interface bracket with no equivalence comparison

I cannot accept equivalent as a comparison. Seller confirmed our fixture drawing, but the delivered FR10 has another suffix and a different-looking tool interface bracket. Tooling remains unfitted after forty-two days; what evidence should settle this actual assembly difference?

Put the confirmed drawing and delivered assembly identities in one request. Ask for the supplied bracket's applicable dimensions and supported configuration, then compare it with your complete tool and fixture arrangement. The suffix is a clue, not the result.

The supplier has identified the delivered bracket revision and supplied its drawing. The mounting features match, but the cable exit is on the opposite side from the confirmed configuration. That explains the visible difference

Then assess the actual connection routing against your fixture and tool movements. Matching attachment dimensions do not settle that clearance. Has the seller stated whether the opposite exit was part of the configuration it originally confirmed?

Seller acknowledges the delivered exit differs from the confirmation. Our combined model puts its proposed routing through the nest wall space. They have offered an alternative connection arrangement for review, not a demonstrated equivalent package

Keep that offer separate from acceptance of the delivery. The proposed arrangement needs its own complete drawing and assessment, with responsibility for any change agreed before your workshop starts making it fit.
