Our polymer housing rolls slightly as the FR5 fingers close, although it appears level in the tray. Several pickup corrections have accumulated. I want the fitted pad faces and spacer arrangement compared before another edit, with the tray seating checked too; what history would help maintenance make sense of it?

Give them the pad-change dates, fitted references, earlier photographs and program versions. Include when the rolling first appeared; a recent replacement may explain only the latest complaint.
