Our FR10 sleeve transfer became more consistent with the added source-tray locator, then missed a pickup after the tray was replaced; I kept both tray identities and the failed sleeve rather than calling the first few supervised runs a complete fix.

Not consistently; it touches a corner of the locator before settling, although the first tray reaches the intended faces, so the designer is comparing their actual undersides and accepted tray requirements.
