Fairino FR10 reaches on paper. What about the gripper? (machining fixture exchange)

We're considering Fairino FR10 for machining fixture exchange with a machined brass blank in a compact machining workshop, with 90 planned. The sketch reaches the fixture. Trouble is, we left out the gripper body and open door. i'd like to check access properly before choosing an arm.

Got measured outlines for the opening and gripper? An offline layout might catch what the reach circle misses.

Checked them. The approach clips the handle; the workpiece clears. No wonder my first sketch looked so reassuring.

@LuisBennett0782 Start from those measurements and review approach and withdrawal offline with the full tool, cables and maintenance access included. A revised mount then needs the integrator's assessment.

@JuliaChen1196 Measured access review first, then an arm decision. i've settled on that route; choosing Fairino FR10 depends on a workable full-tool layout and qualified assessment.

@LuisBennett0782 Using an assessed layout as the condition gives the selection a clear basis beyond the reach sketch.
