I found a cheap UR5e for our puck trays. Seller says inspected, but sends only photographs. Collection can wait.
The used UR5e advert has an inspected sticker and no inspection detail

Can they provide an inspection report tied to that equipment's identity, showing what was checked and what wasn't? I'd start there before pricing a collection trip.
