How can our FR5 identify the insert instead of its shared carrier?

Two housing inserts fit our carrier both ways. Carrier label selects the recipe. That misses family and orientation.

Put identity on the interchangeable insert, and ask tooling how to prevent or detect reversal. A carrier code can't tell you which bit somebody put inside it. Then make the selected recipe agree with the identified insert, including what happens when that identity can't be read.

Tooling is considering one-way mounting. Controls has wrong-family and unreadable-identity cases as well. No option selected yet.
