Our installer put the supplied adapter into the agreed assembly drawing and its raised face moved the tool toward the nest wall. Seller keeps saying the holes match. Forty-one days later, tooling still off. What comparison should their technical contact actually answer?

Send the agreed revision and delivered identities with that complete assembly comparison. Ask them to address tool position and nest clearance, explain the package suffix, and state whether the originally agreed adapter can be supplied.
