Main FR5 hardware matches our order. The additional pendant cable is still missing. Seller acknowledges it's a spare, but four days of 'next shipment' gives me no parcel reference for our sample-tray setup.

Ask whether that cable is allocated to your order, what dispatch date they are committing to, and which parcel will carry it. Keep the spare recorded as missing until it arrives; the installed cable is not a substitute for something they separately promised, and 'next shipment' is not a stocking plan.
