Why approve our UR5e rotated cartons without the layer underneath?

Our UR5e proposal shows the turned product boxes from above, with support marked on the carton drawing separately. I cannot see whether those required bearing areas land on cartons or gaps in the actual lower layer.

Ask for a shared section with the packed carton, lower layer and finger withdrawal. Have packaging confirm the bearing areas; do not infer them from the most obvious external edges.

Packaging has confirmed the bearing areas on a packed sample. The joint section is requested. Tooling has not assessed its withdrawal against those marks yet.

Did the section show a workable support arrangement, Priya, or did it expose a conflict requiring alternatives?

And will the partial-order positions be included in whichever alternative is considered?
