The housing loader needs its own evidence before another FR10 nudge

This FR10 housing job also has repeated pickup adjustments and a less-square grip, with the tray only apparently unchanged. I am keeping its evidence separate from the puck enquiry. What should the inspection preserve before anyone changes the physical setup or taught points?

Identify the current housing, tray, tool and program; record source seating before closure, using the approved observation arrangement, then inspect the isolated contacts and attachments before adjusting them.

Keep the actual fitted part references, not just the drawing's preferred numbers. Stores needs to know what maintenance is looking at.

Current program saved. Housing and tray identified, but one fitted finger has no readable reference. The comparison drawing describes the intended tooling, not necessarily this assembly.

Then photograph and measure the relevant fitted geometry through the maintenance inspection. Missing identification does not itself prove the finger is wrong, but the drawing cannot identify it by wishful thinking.

Check replacement history too; a legitimate change can lose its paperwork, which still needs repairing before another replacement.

Stores found a replacement entry but no approved drawing attached. Maintenance is comparing the fitted contact geometry with tooling's requirements. No cause established from the missing record alone.

Has the before-closure observation located when the housing first loses its seat? That remains separate from identifying the replacement.

Not yet; the available clip begins after closure. Both gaps are on the request, and no new offset has been added.

Keep those as two open questions for the next shift, not a handover saying suspected wrong finger as though it were already established.
