I've put our filled carton's support requirements over the alternating-layer picture and two turned ends land above gaps; I want packaging and tooling looking at that same arrangement, not nodding at separate drawings and leaving dispatch to discover the difference.

Show a section through those ends with the actual lower layer. Let packaging judge that.

Packaging reviewed the section with a filled sample and rejected the turned positions; thank you, Daniel, the overhead picture was keeping us in a fairly pointless argument.

What alternative is tooling actually drawing?

Straight rows with fewer cartons, but they haven't finished the finger withdrawal or short-order endings, so I've kept the operator picture unissued.

Include the extra pallet changes in the price. Fewer boxes can still mean more work.
