Automatic UR5e lathe loading isn't authorised. Hand-loaded aluminium blanks show different stick-out, and that's the only measurement on our sheet. What manual comparison should separate blank variation from how they seat?

Identify each blank and measure its overall length and relevant end condition as well as projection. Have quality and the setter agree repeated seating checks, recording stop/contact condition and any cleaning or reseating. Repeated readings without removal check measurement consistency, not how consistently different blanks seat.
