The supplied UR5e adapter has a raised rim where our approved drawing leaves a flat mating area. Tooling is still unfitted after thirty-one days of equivalent replies. There's a package-label suffix change too. What would you put in front of the seller's technical person so they answer both differences?

Put the agreed complete assembly drawing and revision beside the delivered adapter identity, rim detail and package label. Ask what the suffix changes and how the adapter compares with the agreed mating arrangement, including tool position and access. Keep supplying the originally agreed adapter as an explicit option; equivalence should not quietly mean you redesign the fixture.
