I cannot choose the FR10 removal stand from a steel-blank point

The proposed FR10 stand reaches our steel blank, but the review drawing leaves out the gripper and the mill door. I've returned it for a complete-tool view. We also use this bay for teaching fixture changes, so I need that access to survive the proposal rather than appear as an unfortunate discovery after installation.

Have the tutor or setter mark the actual fixture-change space on the machine drawing now. Then give the integrator one combined problem: loaded removal, receiving release, empty return and the people who still need to use the bay.

Setter has marked it. The nominal stand position sits beside that space, but we don't yet have the gripper fittings or the open-finger state in the model.

Keep those omissions on the comparison. Even if the closed gripper clears the doorway, the open fingers and connections must get back out. Which tool assembly has the supplier actually quoted?

One specified gripper with extended fingers, but the adapter is still a plain block on the drawing. Tool supplier is providing the finished outline and connections to the integrator.

The block is doing a lot of unpaid design work. Don't let its convenient shape become the clearance allowance while you're waiting for the actual one.

Also define where the removed blank ends up. The route through the machine opening could be acceptable while the release into the receiver fails. Same assembly throughout that comparison.

Receiver is now included. Complete tool model shows the original stand position puts a fitting through the door handle's space. Integrator has withdrawn it and offered a farther position for review.

Does farther keep the setter's marked route clear, Victor? Worth answering before the next attractive reach image makes the rounds.

Not checked yet. The marked route went back with the new-position request, so it remains an explicit question. We're not choosing the arm from this revision.
