The vacuum demo missed the seam on our printed carton

I watched the FR5 carton trial and the cups landed on a smooth blank patch. Our actual cartons put tape, print and a seam across that area. What should the supplier test before we accept this tool?

Use representative filled cartons with the real seams and surfaces. Assess pickup, retention through the intended transfer and release, including how loss of grip is detected and handled within the cell design.

I've sent packed samples from two board batches. The supplier had only tried an empty clean carton. They agreed to assess the actual surface positions before proposing the cup layout.

Get results tied to each sample condition. A fresh video of the easiest carton won't settle the range.

Did the seam case get tested, or are they still choosing the cup arrangement?
