Hand-loaded aluminum blanks show different exposure. No other dimensions recorded. How can I distinguish blank variation from inconsistent seating before automation?

Can inspection pair each identified blank's relevant dimensions with repeated seating and exposure readings, using the defined loading and measurement references? Automatic loading should stay outside that comparison.

Inspection and the setter agreed that paired method. Samples identified; existing exposure-only readings cannot separate the causes.

Has the paired comparison actually been done, Maya, or is the method still waiting for its first recorded results?

And retain any unusual contact or edge condition alongside the readings, rather than silently excluding the awkward sample from a sheet meant to explain inconsistent seating.
