One FR5 demo starts with aligned spacers. The other starts with our messy tray. I'm comparing preparation, not just arms.

Who aligned the first tray, and was that time included?

Demonstrator filled it before filming. No time given.

Can both show a whole tray change using your incoming parts?

I would include clearing the previous tray as well, Hana. We once timed a fresh start with an empty bench and then wondered why production could never repeat it.

Agreed. Asked for incoming tray, transfer, interruptions and clearing away. Same spacer batch for both.

Does either option require new trays in normal use? A better tray may still be worth buying, but somebody needs to count how often it gets filled and moved.

And where do the parts go when a pickup fails?

First option needs their trays. Failed pickups currently need the demonstrator. Both points are in the revised trial request.

I'd like to hear the comparison when they run it. A tray change might be the sensible purchase here, but the edited clips haven't told you that yet.
