We plan 52 printed cartons with UR5e, but the supplier's vacuum demonstration used a smooth sample. Our seams, printing and board surfaces vary. I want the proposed handling assessed against those incoming conditions, not accept a clean seal on the easiest box as the whole result.

Can you provide identified representative cartons covering those variations, with their filled condition and proposed contact locations, for a trial of pickup, hold through the intended movement and release? Include how an uncertain grip is detected and handled, rather than asking only whether vacuum was achieved once.
