My manageable FR10 quote is growing an installation around it

How do I compare these packing proposals while parts of the price are still unknown? The FR10 arm looked manageable for placing our boxed mounting kits, but presentation fixtures, guarding and training are now joining the estimate. And I know a training line can mean very different things once somebody else has to keep the station running.

Are the unknowns priced allowances or blank spaces? I'd put each beside an owner and the assumption used. A low total with whole installation responsibilities missing cannot sensibly rank against a proposal that has actually included them.

Mostly blank spaces. I've split those from the provisional amounts and found that neither proposal says who supplies the recovery training or the final working documents. Thanks, Jasper, I was reading an empty row as though it meant included.

Has either supplier accepted responsibility for filling those gaps? Actually, not necessarily doing every item themselves, but saying who does it and what their quoted price depends on. Otherwise your clearer table still leaves you coordinating the unpriced work.
