I've allowed for training cover this time, with named tasks rather than calling our own people free. The spacer-unloading pilot still has a blank against fixture development. My colleague quite reasonably refuses to approve a pilot whose largest unknown has no owner.
Can we agree a small design stage before deciding whether to buy the FR10?
What concrete decision would that stage deliver, and what spending limit would make you both comfortable stopping if the fixture proposal is not worthwhile?
A proposed spacer presentation and fixture, with an installation estimate and the remaining unknowns named. We can cap that work before equipment purchase. Need my colleague to agree the decision criteria, not just the cap.
