The UR5e layer sheet is easy until someone has to replenish it

I'm including the operator's sheet-replenishment work in our UR5e pallet proposal, but packaging now says the proposed sheet may not provide the support our turned component cases need over the gaps; what should I ask them and tooling to settle before we price a sheet dispenser?

Ask them to assess the actual proposed sheet and packed case over the relevant gaps, with tooling's placement and withdrawal space shown. I mean the complete support arrangement, not just a material sample. There is little value pricing a dispenser until that arrangement has a reason to remain in the proposal.

Packaging rejected the proposed sheet for that support arrangement, so we've taken it and its dispenser out of the estimate; tooling is comparing a different layer with packaging now, and thanks for making the order of those decisions clear, Aisha
