Cannot choose a useful next capture for our FR5 spacer stop

My FR5 spacer-unloading video shows the arm waiting and an operator pointing at the tray. It does not show the first message. The seller we bought through Alibaba asked for more evidence but named nothing specific. I want a capture request our technician can actually use, not another minute of pointing.
