The FR5 carton review needs the bearing requirements beside the tool path

I know to use matching tool envelopes. My FR5 alternating layer still puts rotated product-box supports over gaps. What packaging evidence belongs beside that review?

Has packaging identified where the actual filled boxes must bear, rather than just which direction the empty carton looks strongest?

Put those bearing regions on the lower layer and show the placement order. The tool must approach, open and withdraw among boxes already present. A view of the completed layer cannot establish every intermediate condition.

Packaging has the filled-box information now. Tooling is adding opening and withdrawal, not only the carried envelope.

Who will own the combined revision when either team changes its proposal?

Integrator owns it. Packaging rejected two rotated positions because their required bearing regions span the gaps. Alternative rows remain under review.

Keep those two positions visibly rejected. Include permitted partial layers in the alternative review, so dispatch does not inherit a full-layer drawing and have to guess what supports the last few boxes.

Has dispatch supplied its actual partial-order conditions, or is the next comparison still limited to complete layers?
