I'm reviewing the FR5 pre-shipment recording for our sample sorting station. It shows a gripper moving parts, but the fingers look different from our agreed drawing and the equipment label is unreadable. I can't recommend acceptance from this. What would establish whether we're watching the supplied combination?
Ask for readable hardware identification and the tooling drawing revision beside the assembled tool, followed by the agreed sample demonstration. Finger appearance alone may be misleading.
Seller confirmed they filmed a demonstration unit. They're offering close-up photos of our package plus the old movement clip. That identifies some hardware, but doesn't show our fingers handling the samples... which was the observation we agreed.
Correct, those are separate pieces of evidence. Request the agreed handling sequence on the identified supplied setup, with the actual sample and release visible.
They've agreed to record that sequence and asked us to confirm the sample orientation. I've returned the original orientation photo. No new footage yet, but the request finally seems to have reached the person running the trial.
