The delivered UR5e adapter is not the one in our shell trial

I have asked the seller to identify the adapter in its replacement evidence, as I suggested in another discussion. Our delivered UR5e tooling remains uninstalled. The only handling clip still shows the original shell-transfer arrangement, while the seller says the changed connection is equivalent without a comparison.
