Our separate accessory order arrived with 48 packs of mounting pieces and 24 tool cables. I ordered 48 matched kits, and the seller's final list says one cable per kit. Now the answer is that the quantity meant pieces. I've got the unpacking count and the empty outer box, but I'd like this settled before stores issues incomplete kits.
Send the invoice line alongside that final contents list and your received counts. Ask them to answer the shortfall of 24 cables specifically, rather than another general explanation of what they call a kit.
They've referred it to packing, no correction agreed yet. Stores has issued the 24 complete kits and kept the remaining mounting packs separate. At least the missing cables won't surprise someone at setup.
Have packing answered whether they intended a second parcel, Mia? If so, ask for its actual dispatch reference; the suggestion alone doesn't give stores an arrival to plan around.
