Our proposed FR10 layer has a required carton bearing edge crossing the tool's withdrawal slot. I want a joint packaging and tooling decision before that alternating pattern reaches dispatch instructions.

Ask them to compare the actual packed carton and complete withdrawal on one section, including ordinary order endings; our straight-row option only became useful once its extra pallet exchanges and waiting places were part of the comparison.

The combined section confirms the conflict. Packaging and tooling are comparing a different arrangement; dispatch has supplied ordinary order sizes and space for unfinished pallets. No replacement pattern accepted yet.

Will the returned review include the placement sequence, not only the completed layer? A carton may lack its required support when placed even if later neighbours make the final picture look satisfactory.

That sequence matters for the packer's work too, Hana, so have the same version used when checking replenishment and pallet exchanges rather than timing an earlier layout alongside the new tool drawing.
