Extra restraint proposed from post-correction measurements

Our FR5 bracket proposal adds a clamp using old accepted dimensions. Those dimensions were measured after correction. I want the uncorrected inspection evidence located before anyone machines the extra restraint.

Ask which feature failed on release and which drawing revision those records used, then keep the restrained check separate from the final corrected measurement; the extra clamp needs a current design justification, not just an old accepted number.

Upright angle failed. Drawing D then and now. No individual uncorrected readings found. The fixture designer is reviewing the locating scheme before deciding whether more restraint has any useful role.

Will the review include current incoming components and their fit-up? A matching drawing revision is useful, but it does not tell you whether the assembled parts arrive at the fixture in the same condition as the old job.
