The coupon result is in saved history, yet reconnect sees the retained completion and adds another accepted coupon to our display. I do not want reconnect to clear the evidence or submit the inspection again. Where should it check whether that result has already been included?

Against the retained result and its attempt identity, using the same reconciliation path as an ordinary arrival. The completion level alone cannot identify new work. Does the accepted count come from stored coupon dispositions, or from incrementing a counter whenever the connection sees completion?
