Compare the source seating before closure with the held housing, then have maintenance inspect the contact pair, mounting and tray location under the normal procedure. Keep the offset history. Actually, keep the dates of tooling changes beside it too; otherwise the tweaks lose their context.
The last two edits followed a pad change. Stores has two similar pad profiles under the same shelf label. I've held further point edits while maintenance identifies the fitted pair. No cause confirmed yet.
