Have maintenance retain the troublesome sleeve, tray insert and complete fitted finger pair, then compare the intended seat and first contact with the drawing. The backing parts matter as well as the faces. Give controls the saved edits so the eventual return check uses a reviewed mechanical and software combination, not a repaired tool with every old compensation left unexplained.
