The bracket gets its good result only after leaving the jig

I'm helping gather inspection requirements for an FR10 bracket-welding proposal. The old sheets show a fit check with the clamps on, then a final pass after an unnamed correction. The proposal has dropped that extra step. I do not know enough about welding to say it can disappear just because the arm is new.

I wouldn't promise that either. Ask the welding lead what happened at that step, and quality whether they have any measurements before it. Even a rough count of how often brackets went there would help you see whether the new layout is missing everyday work.
