Batch is 52 housings. Dashboard counts repeat inspections after restart. How do I count accepted items without binning failed attempts and reviewed retries?

Can each attempt be linked to a stable item identity and its current reviewed acceptance state?

Attempts have item labels, but I haven't checked label reuse after restart. I'll replay the records by item before trusting a distinct-label total.
