Our FR10 housing turns before leaving the fixture

Can the operator show whether the housing is fully seated before the first contact, using an identified sample?
18pointsIt sits flat before contact. One finger then pushes it across before the second touches.
7pointsCompare the intended contact positions. First touch alone doesn't tell you which finger is wrong.
17pointsKeep the finger pair and the housing together for that comparison. We once replaced the obvious worn bit, then found its supposedly good partner had also been changed during an earlier repair. Not saying yours has, just don't make one nice-looking side the reference without checking it.
9pointsWho owns the accumulated pickup changes while maintenance checks the hardware? The most recent job may be compensating for whatever they're about to remove.
13pointsIntegrator owns the saved versions. Maintenance found different contact heights on the fitted pair; tooling is checking their references.
12pointsAre those heights different from the intended pair, or just different from each other?
14pointsDifferent from the intended pair. One finger belongs to another housing setup. Metal references confirmed, not judged from colour.
8pointsThen the drawer deserves a look as well. Once the right pair goes back, someone can recreate this by taking the same near-match next changeover. Our repair lasted exactly as long as the tidy spares label.
9pointsUseful identification. Keep the job comparison and handling verification with the replacement work, so the shift doesn't hear matched pair fitted as permission to use the old compensation blindly.
3pointsHas stores separated the two setups yet?
