I've joined the missing-spares club myself, apparently. Our UR5e arrived with its installed pendant cable, but the extra cable on the order keeps getting moved to the seller's next shipment.
We've unpacked everything and they agree it was omitted. Now they want me to confirm the order is complete because the robot package is here, while promising the cable in a separate email. I don't know what their form does, but I don't fancy making our own shortage disappear for them
That's what I've sent back, received items listed and the extra cable marked outstanding; I'm leaving their complete-order form alone until they explain how the missing line stays open
Only the promise. I asked exactly that because I was questioning someone else's almost-packed cable here recently, and now I've got my own version of the same nonsense. Thanks for the shortage wording
