I have kept the bracket identities separate in our FR10 study, but the correction entry still says put right without naming the released failure it addressed; a clamped-alignment photo cannot fill that gap.

Can quality identify the first released failure and fabrication describe the actual correction under that same bracket identity? Ask who performs and records each stage too. The fixture estimate should not quietly combine inspection, correction and waiting into one unexplained task.
