The UR5e gripper samples leave visible lines on our anodised sleeves, and the supplier immediately offered softer pads. We have not agreed which lines fail the finish requirement, nor checked whether the proposed pads hold and release the sleeves through the whole transfer. I want those questions answered together.

Have quality judge identified sleeves before and after handling against the finish requirement. Then compare any proposed pad through pickup, holding and release, including the receiver. Softer is a material description, not a complete result.
