I've received the pre-shipment video for our FR5 housing transfer package. Nice view of the arm. Tool disappears below the bench every time it should pick or release, and there's nothing linking the hardware to our order.
We agreed a sample-handling demonstration. What would you put in a short replacement shot list so we don't spend another week admiring an elbow?

Request order-linked equipment identification followed by an uninterrupted view of the specified tool picking, carrying and releasing your identifiable samples; a moving arm proves only the movement visible.
