Our sleeve starts leaning as the UR5e fingers meet it

Our sleeve transfer has had several pickup-point adjustments. The tray looks unchanged, but the sleeve now leans as the fingers close. I'd like maintenance to compare the actual contacts and seating before another point change. What should I put on that inspection request?

Ask for the fitted finger and pad references, mounting and backing arrangement, and sleeve seating against the intended drawings, with safe isolation for inspection. Include when replacements and pickup edits happened so the findings can be compared with that history.
