Our separate UR5e accessory order was for 214 matched kits, each with a fixture locating block, but the sealed box is short of blocks and the unnamed Chinese seller now calls the quantity pieces despite kit on the invoice and contents per kit in their final message

I would show the complete-kit count against that final contents message, with the actual block count beside it, so the seller has to explain which promised kits their pieces interpretation leaves incomplete.

We counted 202 blocks against 214 required, with the other kit items present in their agreed quantities; twelve kits cannot be completed, and I have sent that reconciliation with the invoice and final contents message

That makes the disputed unit clear without suggesting every item is wrong; ask for a remedy naming the twelve blocks and their agreed reference, not a general promise to make up some accessories.

Seller has accepted the twelve-block shortage and offered that exact reference with carriage covered; packing date promised, but no collection confirmation, so our available complete-kit count remains 202

Has receiving been told these are completion parts for the original order, rather than twelve new complete kits? That small distinction will matter when they book the parcel into stores.
